Seminar and meeting rooms


Our seminar and meeting rooms are all equipped with moveable ergonomic furniture and are adaptable to your needs enabling you and your clients to focus on the business at hand without distractions. Each room comes equipped with fast Ethernet and WLAN connections and access to our print scan and color copy center, making them ideal as short-term work spaces.

A teleconferencing system is also available at no extra cost*.  

Our excellent infrastructure is perfect for seminars and workshops, equipment including; a data projector an interactive presentation system (E-Edge) and flipcharts are available on request as is stationary such as pens and note pads.


The seminar room seats up to a maximum of 16 people and is ideal for small workshops and group sessions, the tables are moveable and enables you to choose the ideal configuration to suit your needs. This room can also be divided into two smaller meeting rooms with the use of a foldable sound proofed wall.        


Our main meeting room can sit up to 8 people comfortably around a single large desk. 


Refreshments can be organized on request. Sparkling drinking water is always served free of charge. Secure mobile caddies for your personal documents and office materials can be rented separately**. General office services, extra archive space and temporary parking within the building are also available on request.
